Kevin, Leo and I spent a beautiful fall Sunday at Emma Krumbees apple orchard. There were so many fun things to do!!! We picked apples and raspberries, saw the scarecrows, played on the playset, rode on the tractor, sat on the horses, played in a kids band, rode on the train and ate lots of treats!!! Leo loved every minute of it. He ate so many apples and raspberries we hardly had any to bring home! Kevin and I are really trying to soak up every minute we have with Leo before the baby arrives. We know that things will change and our alone time with Leo will be significantly less so we are really cherishing every minute we have as a family of 3.
I remember that feeling with Bennett when I was due with Clare. I clearly remember the last outing just he and I went on, to Ikea to get a stool so he could climb up on the couch and sit by me when I would be nursing baby, I loved our last lunch together just he and I and a little stroller, ever since its been a huge double, a huge diaper bag :) but still lots of fun and love!
